ARTSY PARTIES FOR EVERY OCCASION

HOW TO BOOK A PRIVATE ARTSY PARTY
1. Gather a group of your friends or family. At this time, our minimum on weekdays Mon- Thu. is 8 people, and on weekends is 10 people.
2. Contact us by email, phone, or our contact form (link below) and tell us what date and time you want to come in, and what painting, wood cutout, or wineglass you want to make. Choose from our gallery— or suggest something from your imagination!
3. A $100 deposit is required to confirm your registration. The deposit goes towards the total cost. (Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the event; credit will be maintained for three months after.)- Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the event; so, your deposit will be maintained for three months after. We won't give studio credit in case you don't show up
4. Pay $35 per person (adults) for paintings chosen from our online gallery or the studio, on 16 x 20 Canvas, $45/55 per person for building and painting wood cutouts, or $35 per person for painting wine glasses. If you’re interested in painting your idea, the cost will be $5 extra per person for us to make the painting. The event can take up to 2 hrs and 30 minutes including making art and sharing food and time with your co-workers, friends, or family! Events lasting more than 2.5 hrs for children/adults events; Will be charged $50 per half-hour extra. You are welcome to come 30 minutes earlier to set up food and decorations!
5. Parties not meeting the minimum number of people (8 for weekdays, 10 for weekends) will be charged the minimum balance at the end of the Artsy Party.
6. Come to the studio (with whatever food and drinks you'd like to bring!), celebrate life, and make art! Private Artsy Parties are not longer than 2.5 hours!
7. Balance due will not be adjusted due to NO SHOWS on the day of the event.
DECEMBER: Please note in the month of December, our minimum on weekdays Mon- Thu is 10 people and, Friday and Saturday night parties have a minimum of 15 guests for Artsy Parties.
NOW OFFERING: DISCOUNTED PRIVATE ARTSY PARTIES FOR CHILDREN
You can now book children's birthday parties at a discounted price. The package costs $300 and includes up to 10 children, with an additional cost of $25 per extra child. The Artsy Birthday Parties can be booked on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, The party lasts for 2.5 hours and each guest will receive a 12" x 16" canvas. If you want to print a T-shirt or mug for your child, with the painting chosen for your event, just let us know. The cost is only $10 per item!
